All payments made through the Service are final and non-refundable. User understands and agrees that any charges incurred by them as a result of their use of the Service will be deducted from their account balance or credit card, as applicable.

BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Casino Daddy may offer bonuses to its users, which shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and the bonus terms specified thereto. All bonuses are subject to change at any time without notice.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

User understands that certain games or activities offered through the Service may have wagering requirements associated with them. User agrees to comply with all such requirements before withdrawing any funds from its account.

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATION

Casino Daddy reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to restrict access to its services for any reason, including but not limited to excessive gaming activity or suspicion of fraudulent behavior. Casino Daddy may also terminate this Agreement immediately upon User's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of its account information and data. Casino Daddy shall use reasonable efforts to protect such information, but assumes no liability for any unauthorized access or disclosure thereof.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Casino Daddy and User, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

AMENDMENTS

Casino Daddy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

VALIDITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court, such provisions shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
